SERVICES - Stucco Preparation and Coatings

CLEANING:
Surface preparation: All fresh concrete and masonry surfaces must be cured for a minimum 21 days in dry weather conditions sound ,clean and free from oil ,dirt ,grease ,dust, chalky or loose paint, from release agents, stains or other contamination that would adversely effect the appearance or performance of product.. Acrylic masonry primer is recommended for highly alkaline concrete and masonry surfaces.

CHALK REMOVAL:
Light to moderate chalk can be removed by water blasting or abrasive Blasting, or sealed with Surface Conditioner, or Primed with Bond Primer and Surface Conditioner.

CRECK REP AIR:
Remove loose stucco from the damaged area. Use chisel or knife to undercut the stucco surrounding the damaged area So that the patch will be locked in. Use the wire brush to remove any stucco knocked loose in undercutting. All non-structural cracks are should be patched with Elastomeric Sealant, or Weather-resistant Flexible crack filler or sealer.

ELASTOMERIC OR ACRYL YC COATING:
Elastomeric or 100% Latex Acrylic formulation. Applications can be by brush, roller and spray. When sprayed on rough or porous surfaces, a back rolling is recommended to fill, bridge and repair all non -structural hairline cracks more efficiently.

Elastomeric formulation is a durable tough protective film that, when fully cured provides a waterproof coating for your structure. This tough elastic coating is resistant to sunlight, extreme heat, extreme cold, and wind driven rains. Resistant to chiping , chalking, peeling or from visibly fading. Elastomeric can be use on concrete block, concrete stucco, Weathered wood, metal, galvanized. 100%Acrylic formulation provides a tough, weather resistant decorative finish. For exterior use on wood hardboard, metal, concrete, masonry , And fiber cement board surfaces.
