Preparation and

CLEANING:
Surface
preparation: All
fresh concrete
and masonry
surfaces must be
cured for a
minimum 21 days
in dry weather
conditions sound

chalky or loose
paint, from
release agents,
stains or other
contamination
that would
adversely effect
the appearance
or performance

primer is
recommended for
highly alkaline
concrete and
masonry
surfaces.
CHALK
REMOVAL:
Light to
moderate chalk
can be removed
by water
blasting or
abrasive
Blasting, or
sealed with
Surface
Conditioner, or
Primed with Bond
Primer and
Surface
Conditioner.
CRECK REP
AIR:
Remove loose
stucco from the
damaged area.
Use chisel or
knife to
undercut the
stucco
surrounding the
damaged area So
that the patch
will be locked
in. Use the wire
brush to remove
any stucco
knocked loose in
undercutting.
All
non-structural
cracks are
should be
patched with
Elastomeric
Sealant, or
Weather-resistant
Flexible crack
filler or
sealer.
